* Frames are purchased separately.
* The aluminum frame has sharp edges, so make sure to wear gloves when assembling.
* There may be fine scratches during the frame manufacturing process, and it is difficult to exchange or refund the resulting scratches.

Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Return and exchange policy


drpdrpdrp® shop customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery.
This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return an item if:
1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying drpdrpdrp® shop within 7 days of delivery,
2. The item has not been used and washed,
3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.
A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.


If you want to return the product, please pay attention to the following points.

1. Exchange request is within 7 days from receipt of the product.
2. If you want to exchange or return, please leave a message on the Q/A board of our shopping mall, or contact us by email at info@drpdrpdrp.com within 7 day of delivery.
Please let us know
① shopping mall ID & name ② order number ③ item code ④ email address ⑤ the reason for the return ⑥ the photos of the received items ( including the item code), by attachment files.
3. Then our customer service representative will contact you via email.
4. When the item arrives, the exchange refund procedure will be done within 3 days after the product is confirmed.


Return and exchange Notice

. Items that do not have a return number can not be returned.
. You need to return the items, including this return card, tag, and box originally.
. If the return period of the exchange has elapsed and the product is made to order, it can not be returned.
. Please note that fabric products can not be returned if they are already washed and used.
