After attaching to a smartphone, if you pull the round tok, it has a structure that pops out in steps 1 and 2. The round tok is made of iron plate material and can be used by attaching it to a magnet-shaped cradle.

✔ Dressing & Usage TIP
1. Before attaching to a smartphone, wipe the surface of the case clean before attaching.
2. The adhesive side is a jelly-type 3M tape that can be attached and detached several times.
3. If the adhesive strength is weakened, wash lightly with water and dry before use.
4. If you pull the round tok, it will become soft after using it several times as it pops out in steps 1 and 2.

✔ NOTICE
1. When separating, pulling it vertically with excessive force may damage the product. Gently lower it down and slowly lift it up to separate it.
2. It is recommended not to expose the surface where the top pattern is printed to moisture or oil.
3. The adhesive side can be reused, but the adhesive strength may be weakened by frequent attachment and detachment.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Return and exchange policy

drpdrpdrp® shop customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery.
This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return an item if:
1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying drpdrpdrp® shop within 7 days of delivery,
2. The item has not been used and washed,
3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.
A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

If you want to return the product, please pay attention to the following points.

1. Exchange request is within 7 days from receipt of the product.
2. If you want to exchange or return, please leave a message on the Q/A board of our shopping mall, or contact us by email at info@drpdrpdrp.com within 7 day of delivery.
