Return andexchange policy

drpdrpdrp® shop customershave the right to return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery.

Thisreturns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or alteredaccording to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return anitem if:

1.The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifyingdrpdrpdrp® shop within 7days of delivery,

2.The item has not been used and washed,

3.The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the partsof the product are included in the package,

4.The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.

Theitem must be returned immediately after cancellation.

Ifyou return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possibledamage.

Adamaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot beestablished that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

If you want to return the product, please payattention to the following points.

1. Exchange request is within 7 days from receipt ofthe product.

2. If you want to exchange or return, please leave amessage on the Q/A board of our shopping mall, or contact us by email at info@drpdrpdrp.com within 7 day ofdelivery.

Please let us know 

① shopping mall ID & name ② order number ③ item code④ email address ⑤ the reason for the return ⑥ the photos ofthe received items ( including the item code), by attachment files.

3. Then our customer service representative willcontact you via email.

4. When the item arrives, the exchange refundprocedure will be done within 3 days after the product is confirmed.

Return and exchangeNotice

. Items that do not have a return number can not bereturned.

. You need to return the items, including this returncard, tag, and box originally.

. If the return period of the exchange has elapsed andthe product is made to order, it can not be returned.

. Please note that fabric products can not be returnedif they are already washed and used.
